1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the Spin88PH platform — whether through a desktop browser, mobile device, or any other means — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in full. 5 Bonuses and Promotions

6 Betting Rules

8 Account Suspension and Termination

Spin88PH reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at our sole discretion if we believe these Terms have been violated, if regulatory requirements demand it, or if we identify unusual activity that puts the integrity of our platform at risk.

If your account is suspended for reasons unrelated to a Terms violation, any verified balance will be returned to you after investigation. If suspension results from a confirmed violation, Spin88PH may withhold all funds permanently.

You may also close your Spin88PH account at any time by contacting our support team at support@spin88ph.net. Upon closure, any remaining balance will be returned to your verified payment method within 5 business days, provided no ongoing investigations are in progress.

9 Intellectual Property

All content on Spin88PH — including but not limited to logos, graphics, game interfaces, page layouts, text, and software — is the intellectual property of Spin88PH or its licensed third-party game providers. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or commercially exploit any content without explicit written permission.

Game titles and their associated content (such as JILI Slots) remain the property of their respective developers and are used under valid licensing agreements.

10 Limitation of Liability
